Based on this current situation, Kashiyama Kogyo has launched a scholarship return support (proxy return) system in October 2024 as an effort to reduce the financial and psychological burden on employees.
By using the scholarship reimbursement support (proxy repayment) system, employees can reduce their financial and psychological burden and form their careers in an environment where they can focus on their duties.

In addition, by directly remitting money from Kashiyama Industries, income tax on the amount of scholarship returns is exempt from taxation, and the amount of take-home pay of employees will not be reduced.
